sales »
basic the sales barn is where the majority of horses are sold in glen oak. these horses are not worth as much as the horses are in the auction barn, and are a lot more affordable. there are two types of sales - ones created by owners, and some presented by the humane society.
owner sales you can create a sale of your own at any time, even if you are at a boarding stable. when making a sale, keep your prices realistic - don't require the minimum offer to be $65,000 like it might be in the auction house. you are allowed to set a starting offer and ending date. you may also include a minimum increment, but it cannot be more than $150 each time.
humane society sales when a horse has finished training at the humane society, the horse is sold in the public sale barn. unlike owner-made sales, bidding is not allowed at humane society sales, and the first offer will receive the horse. these sales have a set buying price.
