Jill entered the mare part of the barn. She was greeted by her newest mare, Queen Nadia. She patted her and gave her a carrot. She realized that she had no feed for her, so she left to the feed store to see what to buy for her.

Jill came back and greeted Nadia. She had calculated the feed she would need, which was 8 pounds of Working Horse & Pony Cubes and 12 pounds of hay, assuming that she would be under moderate work and she was pretty much average weight. She greeted Nadia. Nadia gave her a loving stare. She gave Nadia 4 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes, and then led her outside of her stall to groom her. She was going to give her a bath today. It was chilly outside, but Cedar Brush had heaters in their stalls so Nadia would be pretty warm. She started rinsing Nadia out, and then shampooed her everywhere, on her coat, on her mane, and in her tail. She scrubbed off any dirt on her. Nadia watched Jill lovingly the whole time, Nadia was a very sweet mare. Then Jill rinsed Nadia off again and sweat scraped her. Now that she was (relatively) dry, Jill started working on her mane and tail. She sprayed some detangler in them and then brushed them out until they were tangle free. Then, she got into Nadai's coat. She curried off any loose hairs that Nadia had (and dirt that Jill had missed) and then brushed her out until she shined. Satisfied, Jill led her back into her stall. She had to leave and take care of Danny, but Jill promised that she'd come back to Nadia with her dinner (and possibly a carrot). She gave her a pat on her muzzle and then left to the stallion section of Cedar Brush.

Jill came back into the mare section of the barn. She was bringing in ANOTHER new horse, Buy Me a Cadillac, or Cadey. Cadey was bought straight off of a racing farm, about to be trained in racing. She was built for speed, but Jill knew that with a bit of training, she could be an eventing star. She brought Cadey in. Cadey was looking at Jill in an odd way, like she was trying to analyze who Jill was. Jill led her into her stall. She needed to leave to buy a halter and lead for her, so she left. Nadia looked Jill sadly, expecting some more food. Jill promised that she'd give her some later.

Jill came back to greet her mares, and this time she had halters. She gave them their halters and then decided to groom Cadey a bit. She started out rinsing off Cadey. Cadey's eyes were shifting around, trying to find a way to be certainly... mischevious. Then she got out her grooming bucket. While Jill was shampooing Cadey, Cadey got into her grooming bucket an spilled everything out. Annoyed, Jill put everything together back into her grooming bucket, but while that happened Cadey bit the hose and started flailing the hose around everywhere, getting everything wet, including Nadia. Annoyed, Jill forced the hose out of Cadey's mouth and rinsed her off again. Then, she sweat scraped her and brought her back into her stall where there was nothing to make chaos out of. In there, Jill combed out Cadey's mane and tail until it was detangled. Then, she curried and brushed her coat until it gleamed. Jill gave Cadey a glare and fed her her dinner, which was 3 1/2 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes. She gave Nadia her 4 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes, since Nadia was a bit bigger than Cadey Nadia got half of a pound more than Nadia did. While they ate, Jill also gave them their hay, which was 12 pounds for Nadia and 11 pounds for Cadey. She also gave a carrot to Nadia. Even if she didn't want to, Jill also gave a carrot to Cadey. Once they were happy, eating their dinner, Jill decided to leave them so she could tend to Danny. She gave them both last pats on the muzzle, slipped off their halters, and left.

Jill came back an greeted her lovely mares. They were both very pokey, they wanted some feed. Laughing, Jill fed them both their feed. She gave Nadia her 4 pounds of feed and Cadey her 3 1/2 pounds of feed. While they ate, Jill ran over both of them with a curry comb and a brush, getting rid of any dirt or loose hairs and then brushing them off so they'd look nice. She didn't care for manes and tails, she only brushed them out once a week or so. Before she forgot, she slipped on their halters and tied them out of their stalls and mucked out each of their stalls. Satisfied, she led them both out to the pasture. Instead of starting to train them today, Jill wanted to ease them into training, so she would just let them stretch their legs a bit and get out into the pasture. Tomorrow she would probably lunge both of them for the first time.

Jill came in and greeted her two lovely mares. She fed them their breakfast, 3 1/2 pounds for Cadey, 4 pounds for Nadia. She would ride Nadia first today. She curried Nadia off and then brushed her, and then slipped on her halter. Then, she led Nadia out with a lunge line. Today she would unleash some of Nadia's energy by lunging her.

Jill brought Nadia back to Cedar Brush. She had done very well today. She curried Nadia off a bit and then brushed her down. Then, before she forgot, she tied Nadia outside of her stall and mucked out her stall. Happy, she fed Nadia her dinner, 4 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes. While she ate, Jill also measured out her hay, 12 pounds of hay. Once Nadia was done with her dinner she had her hay to eat now. Jill gave Nadia a final pat on her shoulder and a carrot, and then went to the next stall to take care of Cadey. Cadey was eyeing Jill for food, but first, Cadey had to get into work. Jill curried her off and brushed her and then slipped on her halter. She led Cadey outside to the training ring.

Jill led Cadey back to Cedar Brush. Cadey was surprisingly very easy-going today, when usually she was mischevious. But Jill wasn't complaining. She curried off Cadey and then brushed her too. Her horses weren't sparkling, but they were acceptable, and for their coats to retain their oils, she only gave them baths once a week. She fed Cadey her feed, 3 1/2 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes, and while she ate, measured up 11 pounds of hay. This was a significant amount less than Danny, but Danny was a stallion and he was taller. She slipped off Cadey's halter and gave her a carrot. Now that all of her horses were into order, Jill gave Cadey a final pat and left Cedar Brush to go back to her apartment. Today had been a long, long day and it was FREEZING.

Jill came to Cedar Brush. She tended to her mares. She gave them both their feed, which was 4 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes for Nadia and 3 1/3 pounds of Horse and Pony Cubes for Cadey. She started out with Nadia, since she had the nicest personality of her two mares. She curried any dirt off of her and then brushed her off so she could look nice. Then, she put a saddle on her. Nadia had been saddle broken, but other than that she had barely been ridden. Nadia felt all right about this, which was good. Then, Jill slipped on Nadia's halter and grabbed a lunge line. She led her out to the training arena.

Avery Johns led in Temptation of Paris, a beautiful Thoroughbred mare, who was definitely a star in every aspect. She knew the stable would appreciate her. She settled her into a stall, kissing her on her muzzle, waving goodbye, and heading out to get Chanceux.
[ Please deduct $2,500.00 from your bank account to pay for her. :] Congrats. ]

Jill came into her mare section of the barn and greeted each of her lovely mares with a carrot. She fed them each their feed and decided to start with Nadia. She was going to try continuing her training in dressage with Nadia today. She groomed Nadia by currying her off and then brushing her off. After her training session today, she would probably give her a bath. She tacked Nadia up and brought her out to the training ring.

Jill came into Cedar Brush with Nadia. She had done very well today. She untacked Nadia and decided to give her a bath, so she did. She started off rinsing off Nadia, and even as cold at it was, Jill would put on a blanket when she finished. She then shampooed Nadia all over her body, and let it sit in her body to soak it in a while. Then, she rinsed Nadia off. Jill sweat scraped Nadia and then lightly groomed her. She lightly groomed her by currying any loose fur off and then brushing her down. Then, she sprayed some detangler in Nadia's mane and tail. She combed them out until they were tangle free. Now Nadia was sparkling. Jill put a blanket on her and mucked out her stall. Then, she brought Nadia back into her stall. Then, Jill tended to Cadey. Now that she was fully trained in dressage, Jill was going to practice some with her today, and soon she would probably move onto show jumping. She curried her off and then brushed her down. Then, Jill tacked her up. She brought Nadia back out to the dressage ring.

Jill brought Cadey back to Cedar Brush. Jill had just put Cadey through the hardest dressage course she had ever made up, the type that one would see in the rolex, and Cadey excelled. She patted her. She untacked Cadey and then groomed her by currying her off and then brushing her. She was a very good girl today. Before she forgot, Jill mucked out the stall. Then, she brought Cadey back in and tended to Paris. This was the first time she had come in contact with Paris, so Jill was hesitant. She greeted Paris with a carrot and then groomed her gently. Paris didn't mind at all. Jill then tacked her up and brought her out to the fields. Jill would try some cross country with her today.

Jill brought Paris back to Cedar Brush. She untacked Paris and then groomed her, simply by currying any loose fur off and then brushing her down. She was already completely attatched to Paris, even if she just came here. She had worked Paris very hard, but it was worth it. She mucked out Paris' stall and then unhaltered her. Then, Jill decided that it was time to say goodbye to her mares. She put blankets on each of them so they would stay warm tonight, Jill noticed that it was beginning to snow outside. She fed them all their dinner and their hay for the night. She gave them all final pats and carrots. They had all done very well today, even if they were reluctant to do so. She then left Cedar Brush and returned to her apartment.
