Avery Johns entered her new work program barn, to greet her one and only work program mare at the moment, Temptation of Paris. Her old name had been The Fancy Mover, but it was part of the Overtime Magic Farms work program to change the horse's name. She greeted the mare, who was a bit jittery from being alone in the barn, and not having any other horses to interact with. She soothed the mare and fed her, also refreshing her water, which calmed her down quite a bit. She also brought her into the crossties and gave her the best grooming she'd probably received in her life, making her coat shine and placing the bows in her mane, as she'd done with her other mares.
She refreshed her bedding too, but then, she took Paris back into the crossties and tacked her up. She wasn't done yet - it was time for training.

Avery Johns entered with the amazing Temptation of Paris, after her first training session in Showjumping. She'd kept the course simple and easy today, but she was already showing amazing potential. She knew she was going to be a fantastic eventer. She removed her tack, giving the mare another thorough grooming, and allowing her a small drink of water, making sure she was cooled down. She gave the mare another peppermint, pampering her a bit, since she was probably stressed in the new environment.
She let her back into her stall to rest, kissing her muzzle and stroking her a few times, then left, to leave her some peace and buy some horse blankets.

Avery entered the work program mare barn, greeting the dozing Paris with a cheery, "Morning girl!", which startled her out of her sleep. She stared at Avery with a fairly unamused look, most likely the stink eye in horse form, but Avery didn't care. She refreshed her feed, water, and bedding, leading her out to the crossties.
There, she gave her a nice, long grooming, which caused her to go to sleep again. Avery tacked her up gently, leading her out to the riding arena.

Avery returned with Paris, absolutely amazed at how beautifully she'd done. She'd cleared every jump, even the trickier ones, only hesitating on the vertical with a liverpool. She untacked her, grooming her till her coat was shining, and let her back into her comfortable stall, leaving her two peppermints on top of her feed for her to find. Now, it was time for the stallions.

Avery entered the work program barn, holding a vessel in her hands that wasn't very large, barely noticeable - which was what she needed. Pouring it into the mare's water, she knew that she wouldn't notice a thing, or realize that she'd just instantly gained the skills of a champion eventer once she drank it.
So, Avery waited, and when the mare basically sucked the trough dry, she stroked her neck, slowly leading her to the trailer. It was better to get her sold as soon as possible, so someone who really needed her could appreciate the mare and purchase her.
