[Chloe Davenport]
[Ayla]
Chloe Davenport, brown hair, gray-green eyes, 18 years old, 5'8", white, and of average weight. Chloe is the owner of a 5 year old light grey anglo-arab mare named Ayla. Chloe got Ayla when Ayla was two. Her parents had put forth some of the money as a birthday present, but since Ayla had only been two, she had not been very expensive, especially since her bloodlines were nothing impressive. Chloe had known it would be a major commitment so she had looked at horses to buy for over two months. When she had finally found Ayla, she knew she was the one and fell in love with her immediatly.
Chloe had gentled Ayla and taught her all she knew under-saddle. The two had become great friends and almost had complete trust in each other. With a bit more time and good training they would be a really great pair. The mare was very high-spirited and sometimes flightly and spooky, but seemed to have undiscovered talent. Chloe had Ayla jumping small courses and Ayla seemed to be a promising jumper. Chloe hopes to turn Ayla into either an equitation or jumper horse. A jumper horse might suit Ayla's personality better, but Chloe liked to go to do slower courses sometimes. So depending on how Ayla develops will determine their future.
Just after Chloe had graduated from high school, her father had died and her mother was not able to support both her and the horse. Chloe's mother wanted her to sell Ayla, but Chloe could not bare to do so, she and the mare were just too close. So, another hard thing to do, Chloe bid her mother adios, rented a horse trailer and drove out to Glen Oak with Ayla.
Here, at Glen Oak Chloe hopes to find her future. She hopes to find a job to earn some money for herself and be able to keep Ayla and have a good life for herself. She could only hope she would not run into further problems. She knew only to well how costly a horse could be. However, she had a little money to get her on her way, and if she found a job Chloe knew she would be able to do it. Hopefully without taking too much time away from Ayla. Ayla was seeming to be very promising and Chloe did not want to take away from her training.
