Let’s call her Jill Bliss
Eyes of Coffee
Hair of Auburn
22 years young
Is classy and creative (and sometimes not so clever), spontaneous, sometimes snobby, yet kind at heart
Jill had lived the big life in Los Angeles. She was the daughter of a very rich software designer, Robert Bliss (I’m sure that you’ve heard of him), thus she was a glamorous, rich socialite, as were all of her friends. She never had to lift a finger for her whole life. She was a celebrity; she got invited to all of the fabulous parties and lived the sensational life. She had the life that others dreamed about. But she didn’t want any of it.
She didn’t enjoy the glamorous life at all. It was filled with partying all night and sleeping all day. She couldn’t make mistakes. If she made the smallest one, the tabloids would be all over her. She couldn’t bear it, so she decided to leave and start over. Through her life, she had gone to her ranch in upstate California and ridden a couple of horses. She always had a thing for horses. So finally, she left her glamorous life.
She left Los Angeles. She didn’t really know where she was going; she just kept on driving, for days and days. After a while, she stopped in the community of Glen Oak in Kentucky, which was exactly what she wanted. A small town, a small world, a couple of horses, a new beginning.
Even if she was somewhere else, leopards can’t exactly change their spots, now. Jill was still used to being the star of the show, so sometime she can grab all of the attention. She never went to school, so she might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, if you’re catching my drift. But she was kind at heart, though sometimes she might come out as snooty and arrogant.
So what if she was throwing away her glamorous life? She didn’t need it. Maybe she could find some friends here, and they didn’t have to be fabulous socialites. Maybe the people here would be actual people. This was really an adventure to her; she was trying to find who she was and not what others wanted her to be. This was a new beginning, and she was starting small. Sometimes, her actions are a bit radical and out of order, such as making a big move like this. But you only live life once, don’t you?
