WONDERLAND ESTATES was purchased and built in the year 2007, by the loser of Glen Oak, Avery Johns. It is known as being the grandest house in the city, and the most hospitable. Not only does Avery herself live here, but all of her staff members - from both her stable, WONDERLAND INC., and her diner, Capulets Cafe - receive housing here for free.
It is nestled fairly far from the town, in the forest surrounding the community. The WONDERLAND stable is within walking distance, located just to the side of the house. Harson University is also fairly close.
Each room is furnished with it's own theme, and built to be comfortable. Every staff member receives plenty of privacy from the other residents of the mansion, though the kitchen and dining room are a frequent visiting area.
